Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2019: Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS)
The Government has launched an LPS 'document collection page' on gov.uk. This brings together key documents on LPS, as they work towards implementation. This page will be updated as more information becomes available.
The page includes note of the last LPS steering group (Oct 13th), linked from the new collection page. This includes important information on the Government's plans for draft regulations, which will form part of the public consultation, planned for 2021.
