Major conditions strategy (England): call for evidence

The Government have issued a call for evidence relating to the diagnosis and management of 6 major conditions in England including:

• cancers
• cardiovascular disease, including stroke and diabetes
• chronic respiratory diseases
• dementia
• mental ill health
• musculoskeletal disorders

Some of the questions will be of relevance to social care providers (for example, it covers some questions on care and support for people with dementia).
