Homecare Association's comments on the COVID Inquiry Terms of Reference

The UK Covid-19 Inquiry has been set up to examine the UK’s preparedness and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to learn lessons for the future.

The Inquiry has been consulting on its Terms of Reference. 

The Homecare Association response asks for home-based social care to be explicitly added to the Terms of Reference, highlighting a number of the specific issues the sector has experienced.
