Holiday pay compliance enforcement consultation

The Fair Work Agency will have new powers to proactively enforce holiday pay rights without an employee taking their employer to tribunal. This consultation explores:

the proposed approach to holiday pay compliance and enforcement, which mirrors NMW compliance and penalties
some of the important design features
what support and guidance the Fair Work Agency can provide to help support compliance
