Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 statutory guidance: consultation
The Scottish Government are consulting on the draft statutory guidance that will accompany the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019, which will come into force in 2024. The act will impose duties on care providers to ensure that they have appropriate staffing and training.
