Fair Pay Agreements in Wales - consultation

The Welsh Government has launched a consultation on how to set up a body to negotiate Fair Pay for the social care sector in Wales in the future. 

The consultation covers:

• the composition of the Social Care Negotiating Body for Wales
• the negotiating process
• coverage and remit
• dispute resolution
• implementation
• compliance and enforcement
