Inquiry into Equality at work: flexible working and disability

The Women and Equalities Committee has launched an inquiry into disabled people's access to flexible working. The Committee will be examining how access to flexible working varies between different groups of disabled people and across different sectors. It will be looking at how post-pandemic working arrangements have affected access. The inquiry is also examining the effectiveness of existing legislation on reasonable adjustments and the Access to Work scheme.
