Homecare Association response: Duty to inform workers of their right to join a trade union

The Homecare Association has responded to the Department for Business and Trade's consultation on the new duty to inform workers of their right to join a trade union.

In our response, we call for clear guidance for employers and suggest that the alternative of making the statement available in the policy and procedures or staff handbook should be an option for employers to comply with the duty.
