Details on the new Office for Local Government
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities have released a Policy Paper outlining further details about the role of the new Office for Local Government (Oflog). Oflog will provide data and analysis about the performance of local government it is hoped that this will improved accountability and transparency.
A Data Explorer will be established which will, initially, cover four main areas - one of which will be adult social care, the others being adult skills, waste and finance.
