UKHCA's response to DHSC's consultation on staff movement between care settings 2020

UKHCA's response to the Department of Health and Social Care's consultation on plans to minimise the risk of coronavirus (COVID-19) infections by making residential and nursing care home providers in England restrict the movement of care staff between care homes and between care homes and other health and care settings.

The plans included a limited exception to the requirement so care home providers can continue to ensure enough staff are available to care for service users safely.
