Consultation: Right to breaks for unpaid carers

The Scottish Government is seeking views on proposed changes to legislation around unpaid breaks for carers. This includes considering what counts as a 'sufficient break' and what types of breaks should be in scope. They are also considering timescales for implementation and timescales for statutory authorities to produce carer support plans.
