Consultation on late payments

The Government is suggesting new measures to address late payments including additional financial penalties for late payments, maximum payment terms and scrutiny of payment practices of large companies.

While the consultation largely focuses on late payments from large companies, homecare providers have reported significant issues with late payment from NHS and local authorities. You can find our previous research on that here.
