Consultation: modernising the Agency Work Regulatory Framework

This consultation looks at the implications of extending the regulatory framework for temporary work agencies to umbrella companies. This might affect certain suppliers of agency careworkers or introductory agencies. 

The Government is seeking to understand how to adapt the regulatory framework to include umbrella companies effectively and whether it needs to introduce broader changes to modernise the rules.
