Consultation: Improving access to flexible working

Employees can already make a formal request for flexible working to their employer. The Employment Rights Act will introduce a new process for employers to follow if they receive a request for flexible working from an employee and feel they need to reject it. The Government has now published a proposed process and is inviting feedback on this.
