Consultation: draft code of practice on electronic and workplace balloting for statutory union ballots

The Government is consulting on a new statutory code of practice on electronic and workplace balloting. This is part of a programme of work to enable unions to use electronic balloting for their statutory ballots. 

The draft code of practice covers what parties need to do to meet required standards, how to choose a voting method and what good practice looks like with new voting methods.
