The Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government announced a consultation on the allocation of the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG).
This follows the 2018 Independent Review of the DFG, which recommended updating the way the Government allocates funding to councils to a new approach that will:

Better support local authorities in meeting their statutory duty to provide adaptations.

Ensure funding is better aligned with local demand.
