Every month, I help to judge Homecare Association affiliate members CareLineLive's Star Carer of the month award.
It is without doubt one of the most rewarding parts of my role here. It never ceases to amaze me the incredible efforts the homecare workforce go to for their clients.
The last 18 months have been really difficult for homecare staff, often being the only point of contact for some of the most vulnerable in society.
As part of judging the awards, I get to see first hand countless carers who continue to go above and beyond the call of duty. It is truly inspiring to see.
