Care where we live - conversation about adult social care reform

The Local Government Association are hosting an online discussion forum to talk about adult social care reform to help to inform the Casey Commission. The discussion focuses on what role local government should play in adult social care and is open to everyone involved in social care.

The forum is currently focusing on the following questions:

  • What should good adult social care look and feel like for the people who use it?
  • What might most help – or hinder – successful reform of adult social care?
  • What should be the role of local government in adult social care in the future – and what, if anything, should change?
  • How do you think adult social care should be funded?
