The statutory guidance on adult social care provider information provisions: data collection has been revised.
The latest guidance contains updated details of Provider Data Advisory Group members and a refreshed Annex A which lists all Capacity Tracker (CT) reporting window dates up to and including March 2025.
Care providers will want to add the reporting window dates to their calendars. The current reporting window is 8 - 15 April 2024. The Homecare uptake for this window is currently at 67% nationally, as of 12 April 2024.
