The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and the Met Office currently have an amber heat-health alert (HHA) in effect for West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber regions, East Midlands, South East, South West, London, and East of England, which will remain in place until 9am on Wednesday 2 July.

A yellow HHA has been issued for the North West region and will also be in place until 9am Wednesday 2 July.
