All Age Continuing Care: Have your say on future reform

A survey on the future development of All Age Continuing Care (AACC) is now open. AACC is an umbrella term for both NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) for adults and Children and Young People's Continuing Care (CYPCC).

The engagement explores current challenges within AACC and invites feedback on options for describing, commissioning and funding care more consistently in the future. NHS England is also seeking views on a proposed approach to grouping people with similar care needs to support more consistent planning, commissioning and funding of care, while maintaining existing eligibility criteria.
