There is no limit to how many contacts you can link to your membership, the more contacts you add the more you can be sure never to miss out on any information. We recommend adding marketing, HR, finance and managerial contacts in order to give you a mix of users that can fulfill tasks.

All of our members are able to display their personalised membership which details their membership number, expiry date and category of membership.

All of our members can download their member logo to be used in any marketing collateral, screen and print. This shows your affiliation to the Homecare Association as well as your commitment to helping shape homecare for the future.


Updating your directory listing

With your membership, you will appear on our Find Care Directory page. We list all of our members so that service users or their family can find the closest provider to them. From this area, you are able to manage the information for your account that is visible to the public including logo, enquiry information, biography and more.
