There are times in life when we all need a little extra help. After an operation, if you have a long-term condition, if you have just come out of hospital, or as you get older, you might feel that day-to-day tasks are just a bit too much. You could do with some support. We are here to help.

You want to feel independent, to live your life the way you want it, safe in the comfort of your home. You want to be surrounded by your treasured memories and the people you love. You still want to get out and about, keep up with friends and hobbies, and maybe even try something new. We can make that happen, with a tailored plan of support, crafted in collaboration with you.

We founded Vitale with two aims:

• To deliver the kind of care we would want for our loved ones, helping people continue to live the life they love

• To put the welfare of those who care at the heart of everything they do, where competitive pay, outstanding training and genuine recognition and rewards are a given.

We specialise in supporting those living with dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, cancer, mobility and frailty issues, acquired brain injury and other conditions associated with ageing. We offer support including personal care, help with medication, help around the home and companionship. Our Care Professionals can prepare home-cooked meals and take you out and about appointments and to see friends and family. This is the kind of care we think everyone deserves.
