The Digitising Social Care Programme is conducting a quick survey of care providers on viewing and sharing of information and documents across health and social care settings in England.
The programme needs to understand what good information sharing could look like across the adult social care sector to help design and develop an approach for data sharing which works for everyone, from providers to people who receive care and their families.
The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete.
