The Care Quality Commission would like to make sure services they regulate have a stronger safety and learning culture.
With regard to the new quality statements, CQC is checking how well providers promote 'learning for safety' and a positive learning atmosphere.
Providers are asked to complete CQC's quick survey to help the regulator fine-tune how they assess providers and guidance on these areas.
