Stress Awareness campaign

April is Stress Awareness Month and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are urging businesses to use their Working Minds campaign to help prevent and ease stress in the workplace. Resources include: free online learning, talking toolkits, risk assessment templates and more.
 

Age-positive photo library

The Centre for Ageing Better has published a free photo library, with over 3000 images that show a positive and realistic depiction of ageing. The library is available for anyone to use. More information on the terms of usage can be found here.
 

Guidance on violence at work

HSE's guidance on violence at work helps employers assess risks, put the right controls in place to protect workers and report and learn from incidents, with specific guidance on supporting workers after a violent incident. There is separate advice for workers, and advice on how employers should protect lone workers from violence.
