A homecare provider since 2009, he purchased a franchise from his father, later taking it independent and expanding through acquisition. With a background in media and technology, he has worked for two of the 'global five' tech firms. Tim is an expert by experience for a Local Authority, focusing on labour abuses. He actively challenges HMRC, UKVI, and CQC on enforcement of existing legislation, advocating for compliance, ethical recruitment, and meaningful regulatory oversight to level the playing field and drive lasting change in the sector.

Bradley has been working within HMRC’s National Minimum Wage department for six years. He has been an NMW compliance officer and carried out investigations into companies of various size and across several sectors. Bradley has also managed a team of NMW compliance officers before working in NMW’s public facing role of promoting compliance.
