CEO, CareBrain
Hannah Morgan is the CEO of CareBrain, an organisation that brings together care and digital experts to develop AI-powered solutions for the care sector. With over a decade of experience leading home care services, she previously served as COO and Registered Manager of a large national 5* Outstanding homecare provider. A champion of innovation in social care, Hannah is committed to ensuring AI enhances—not replaces—the human touch, tackling operational challenges while empowering those who deliver and receive care, and driving significant efficiencies for care providers.

Director of International Operations, AI Dimension
Mark is Director of International Operations at AI Dimension, a Finnish company that has adapted its AI-powered logistics optimisation tools to address one of society’s most pressing and complex challenges: providing high-quality care in people’s homes.
In Finland, unlike in the UK, homecare workers are paid for full shifts (usually 7.5 hours). This has made homecare workers’ pay comparable with other jobs (which also pay for shifts) but has also made it essential to utilise workforce capacity effectively. Rising demand has increased the need to adapt ways of working and organisational models to keep shift pay affordable.
AI Dimension has worked with homecare since 2011, and their Optimisation supports this at multiple levels. It’s used by local authorities and integrated care systems to Strategically Optimise the overall system, service models and proactively manage workforce requirements.
It is also used by provider organisations to optimise their own structures, working practices, workforce allocation and day-to-day operations, improving quality, stability and workforce utilisation while reducing mileage.
AI Dimension has delivered over 100 Strategic Optimisation projects internationally, enabling care systems to adapt to rising pressures over time. In the UK, pressure has built up to a point where more fundamental transformation is needed, and the first Strategic Optimisation projects in the UK are building on international experience to show how the system could be reshaped.
Co-Founder & Director, My Employment Ltd (ME Passport)
With nearly two decades of experience in health and social care, Carly has led innovations that simplify compliance and empower care workers through verified, portable employment data. ME Passport’s technology is reshaping how providers recruit, retain, and share workforce information—bridging the gap between frontline care and digital innovation.
Carly’s work is centered on building a sustainable, data-driven workforce model that reduces recruitment costs, strengthens safeguarding, and ensures compliance with CQC standards. Her leadership continues to drive forward-thinking partnerships across care, technology, and workforce reform.
