Lucy Campbell is Chief Executive Officer for Right at Home UK. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in franchising and senior level business management, Lucy joined Right at Home from the social enterprise Franchising Works where she had been the Chief Executive. Having begun her time at Right at Home as a Senior Business Support Manager where she supported Franchise Owners to progress and develop their businesses, Lucy quickly progressed to Director of Operations, then COO, before being promoted to CEO at the start of 2022. Lucy has a strong track record for developing an extensive portfolio of businesses successfully from pre-start through to scale-up and her leadership has been pivotal in securing Right at Home two of the most prestigious accolades in franchising: the WorkBuzz Best Management Franchise Award and the coveted Franchisor of the Year Gold Award. Alongside her role as CEO, Lucy is a Vice Chair for the Homecare Association. Lucy is also an award-winning franchisor, having won the prestigious national EWiF Franchisor of the Year award three years in a row in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and most recently awarded Business Woman of the Year 2023 at the Women Achieving Greatness is Social Care Awards.

Her training is known for being accessible, structured, and grounded in real-world scenarios, with a strong emphasis on empathy, communication, and accountability.
Julie is committed to improving service quality and ensuring that care environments are safe, responsive, and person-centred. Her work consistently reflects a balance of regulatory rigour and practical support, helping services not only meet standards but achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement.

Tanya is a Portuguese national born and raised in South Africa. Her career began in the hospitality sector, where she gained valuable experience working in cafes and restaurants. She later became an assistant to an accountant, eventually taking on the role of operations manager in her early twenties. In 2008, she immigrated to the UK with her family and proudly became a British citizen some years later.
Following her time as a Director in hospitality she decided to pursue her passion for helping vulnerable people by becoming a homecare owner. Shejoined the Walfinch franchise in late 2021, aiming to provide exceptional care in West and Central London. Since launching officially in May 2022, they have received numerous accolades, including being named one of Homecare.co.uk’s Top 20 Providers in 2024 with perfect 5-star reviews, winning the Walfinch Excellence in Compliance Award, and obtaining an ‘Outstanding’ rating in their very first CQC inspection.
Director of Quality and Registered Manager, Be Caring - Leeds
After joining Be Caring as a Care Worker to gain hands-on experience in care delivery, Stacey quickly progressed through the organisation, moving into a Quality Lead role within her first six weeks. By June of the same year, she was appointed Registered Manager at Be Caring Leeds, where she led an employee-owned organisation and local team to achieve significant recognition, including a Care Quality Commission rating of Outstanding.
With a strong attention to detail and a drive for quality and excellence Stacey has become a lead figure in the mobilisation of new services and contracts across Be Caring. Stacey is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care through a collaborative and inclusive leadership approach, empowering colleagues to take ownership, innovate, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Now serving as Director of Quality, Stacey is passionate about continuous improvement, fair pay, and progressive models of care such as Block Pay, ensuring care workers are supported to provide unhurried, compassionate care that enables people to live their best lives. Her role focuses on leading quality assurance and improvement activity, developing and embedding policies, standards, and systems that drive customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organisation.
