Vaccination as a condition of deployment regulations made, starting 12-week grace period
Regulations extending vaccination as a condition of deployment to regulated health and community settings in England, including homecare, have been made.
The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) (No. 2) Regulations 2021) were made on 6 January and are now law. This means the 12-week grace period has begun.
