The Government is working to improve cyber resilience across the UK economy and ensure businesses and organisations have the tools and support to protect themselves against cyber threats.

It has published a draft Cyber Governance Code of Practice, which sets out the critical governance areas directors need to tackle in order to protect their organisations. This is designed to be simple to use, with the relevant information all in one place, and for organisations of all sizes.

The Government is seeking views on the draft Code and invites responses by 11:59pm on Tuesday 19 March 2024.

Also published is the Government response to the call for views on software resilience and security for businesses and organisations - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
