Complete the Capacity Tracker survey to help show the impact of government reform

The Department of Health and Social Care would like to better understand the impact that the Government’s Charging Reforms will have on providers and the wider sector.

To this end, the Capacity Tracker Care Home and Home Care survey is an opportunity for providers to share information about who is receiving care in their service.

The Department is seeking as many contributions as possible to build a comprehensive picture of local need and provision. Therefore, providers are strongly encouraged to participate.

Homecare providers can access the survey from the 'Manage your home care provider' page. Providers with multiple services can access the survey from the 'Provider' menu by selecting the 'Provider Bulk Update Template' option, and then either the homecare or care home survey template.

The deadline to complete the survey has been extended to 7 June.

Additional FAQ information can be found within the 'Surveys' folder or 'What's New' section of the 'Resource Centre'. Any enquiries relating to the survey content or questions should be emailed to [email protected].
